I don’t think I would be very open-minded about bettering myself without Youper. I highly recommend it because I feel that this could help somebody else and I’m not one to give good reviews on much I’m very picky with what I choose. Youper literally brings me from 0 to 100 when it comes to dealing with my depression, my anxiety, or my anger.

Youper has truly been such a beneficial addition to my life. I struggled more than ever last summer and Youper was truly life-changing for me. My weekly encounters with my therapy coach and the support of the AI Therapy chat have been amazing.

I’m doing therapy without having to leave my home and spend a bunch of money to get better and improve my mental state.

Amazing! I can’t believe the insights Youper can help you find. I can’t recommend it strongly enough. It helped me feel better in 10 minutes than hours of traditional therapy ever did.

I’m grateful that I found Youper. After several months of monitoring the anxiety and depression, I was going through, I made the decision to start therapy and medication. It’s been a month now and I can see how different I am since I started to invest in myself.

I have been having a tough time with this quarantine. Youper has been a tremendous help to me to stay positive and focused. Very affordable for the benefit of it.

This has been a good app to track my emotional well-being during self-quarantine while I experience COVID symptoms. Thank you

Psychiatry for all
Like other organs in the body, the brain sometimes needs help to balance its functions such as energy and mood. Medications for depression and anxiety work by balancing natural substances in the brain, known as neurotransmitters.
The medications are prescribed and managed by psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses. These professionals will do a thorough assessment by asking questions about your symptoms, history, and environment to decide if medications are recommended for you.
Antidepressants, as these medications are generally called, are non-controlled substances, which means that they aren’t classified as having euphoric or addictive properties.
Unfortunately, access to psychiatrists is not easily available – studies show that it can take 10 years for Americans to access mental health care, and more than half of the people who need care do not get it.
Our mission is to make mental health care simple, accessible, and affordable for everyone.
